Shipping Policy
How long do standard and expedited shipping take?
Standard: Expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days.
Expedited: Your order will typically arrive within 1-2 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Where is my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us. This email contains all order details, including the order number, shipping address, billing address, and a detailed list of all items ordered.
Once your order has shipped from our fulfillment center, you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email from us.
If you forget which shipping method you selected, you can find this information in the order confirmation email sent immediately after placing your order.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship all items within the United States and select items in the United Kingdom and Canada. To see which items are available outside the United States, please make sure you are shopping on the correct version of our website. You can select the correct version in the upper right corner of the shopping cart icon.
Where should I enter my first-time customer discount code? If this is your first purchase and you received a discount code, please enter it on the page where you select your shipping method. After clicking "Checkout" in the shopping cart, you will be taken to the shipping page.
In the upper right corner of the page, you will see the form below with the words "Gift Card or Discount Code" and an "Apply" button.

Simply enter your discount code in the box and click the "Apply" button. If you do not click the "Apply" button, your discount will not be applied.
Can I change my order or shipping address?
Our fulfillment team will quickly route incoming orders to the appropriate warehouse so your order can be shipped to you quickly.
You can edit, update, or delete items before your order is complete. After your order is complete, changes may not be made because the order information has already been sent to the warehouse. If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@zjmnooph.shop.
If you enter an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for contacting the person at that address to attempt to receive your order.
If the address you entered does not exist, the order will be returned to our fulfillment center. Once your order is received, our logistics team will resend it to the correct address.
Zjmnooph is not responsible for any losses incurred if the information provided in the order is incorrect. Zjmnooph also reserves the right not to refund any charges for products not received due to incorrect information.
My credit card was charged multiple times
If you attempted to place an order and encountered problems/received an error message (such as an incorrect CVV code or incorrect billing address), and then placed a separate order, your credit card summary may show multiple authorizations.
These multiple "authorizations" are not actual charges and will be refunded to your account shortly.
According to the tracking link, my order was delivered, but I haven't received anything yet.
Before contacting us, we recommend checking your property, as the carrier may have placed your package in a secure location away from public view.
If you live in an apartment building, your package may have been delivered to a package locker (USPS should have provided you with a key to open the locker) or to the rental or building manager's office.
Also be aware that, especially during the holidays, shippers may show a package as delivered hours or days before it actually arrives.
